聚丙烯吹胀膜的应用性能研究

研究了市场上两种典型吹胀膜产品的分子结构和薄膜性能。结果表明,吹胀膜产品有均聚产品和无规共聚产品两大类,两类产品都具有良好的成膜性。建立了样品中开口剂含量的快速量化评价方法,对开口性和热封性的研究表明,样品的分子结构和开口剂等助剂的加入量是影响产品的热封性、开口性、透明性和能耗大小的主要因素。

The microstructure of the typical inflated polypropylene film （IPP）in Chinese market was analyzed,and the comprehensive performance of the film was further studied. The results show that IPP have two kinds of homo-polypropylene and random polypropylene,two kinds of products have good blow moulding processability. The fast quantification measuring method of anti-block agent content in sample was established. The studies indicate that the microstructure and anti-block agent content are the main factors affecting performance of anti-blocking property,heat-sealing property,transparency and energy consumption in processing.
