摘要
利用流体波动方程和声波导理论,对一种新型液体声发射传感器的声波传播规律进行了理论研究,给出了声发射波的波导特性理论方程,讨论了波动特性的影响因素,为进一步利用和研究此类传感器提供了理论依据。
Based on fluid wave equation and acoustic wave guide theory, acoustic wave transmission characteristics of a new type of liquid acoustic emission sensor is theoretically studied. Wave guide equation of acoustic emission wave in this sensor is deduced. Factors affecting wave transmission characteristics are discussed. All this provides a theoretical basis to the research and application of the sensor.
