摘要
稳态检验在化工过程质量控制、数据校正、过程优化及模拟应用等方面起着重要的作用。研究了置信度法和滤波法的原理及步骤,并在探讨滤波系数、区间长度影响的基础上,将其应用于实例过程稳态检验。结果表明,滤波法比MTE法计算量小,且检验能力较高,但两者均可用于过程数据的稳态检验。
Steady-state detection is very important in quality control,data reconciliation,process simulation and monitoring application. In this paper,the principle and procedure of the evidence (MTE)method and the filtering method were researched. Based on the influence of filter factors and interval length,the filtering method and the MTE method were used to detect steady-state in chemical process. The results show that the filtering method for steady-state detection has less calculation amount and better testing capacity than the MTE method. However,both of them can be used to detect steady-state of the process in chemical industry.
