摘要
采用数字PID控制方法和参数自寻优技术,建立了工程车推土铲的被控数学模型,实现了计算机自动控制,计算机仿真和试验结果较为吻合,且控制系统性能基本能满足使用要求。
The capacity of engineering support and dynamic characteristics of engineering vehicle affects directly the control quality and adaptive performance of the vehicle blade. In order for such vehicles to adapt to various war environments, the paper applies the digital PID control method and parameter self-modification techniques to implement microcomputer control of engineering vehicle. Mathematical model is established and computer simulation and test are studied. The results show that the simulation is in fine accord with the test and the qualities of the control system are satisfactory. The control principle, parameter self-optimization algorithm, mathematical model of the controlled system, flow chart of the computer simulation, principle of the experimental device and some simulation and test results are given.
