摘要
进行了超声振动磨削和普通磨削陶瓷深孔的对比试验研究。结果表明,超声振动磨削可明显提高陶瓷加工效率,能有效地消除普通磨削产生的表面裂纹和凹坑,是陶瓷深孔精密高效加工的新方法。
Deep holes have been processed by ultrasonlc vibration grlnding and conventional grinding. The results show that the surface quality of the ceramic can be obviously improved through vibration grinding, and the microcracks and fragments caused by conventional grinding can be eliminated. Ultrasonic vibration grinding proves to be a precision method of machining deep holes in ceramics.
