摘要 新钢炼钢厂RH真空精炼炉利用转炉蒸汽作为真空抽气介质。在投产之初因蒸汽难以保障RH真空精炼炉连续生产的要求,现对此现象进行深入分析,寻找到影响原因主要为蓄热器未充分发挥其蓄热功能,并找出相应对策确保转炉蒸汽保证RH真空精炼炉连续生产的用汽的需求。 The RH vacuum refining furnace used converter steam as the vacuum air exhaust medium in Xingang plant. It is difficult to meet RH vacuum refining furnace continuous production requirements at the beginning of the production. This phenomenon is analysed in depth and the impact of main reasons that hair heat did not give full play to their regenerative capabilities, and appropriate measures are found, the supply of converter steam in the RH vacuum refining furnace continuous production is ensured.
