The Study on Internal Power Structure in the University

大学组织虽然因学术权力的存在而表现出与其他组织有很大的不同,但在最基本的组织方式上仍然采用各种大型社会组织最通行的方式:行会制和科层制。在当代大学,纯粹的行会制或纯粹的科层制很少存在,大学内部职权体系一般体现为两者不同比例的结合,即表现为混合制。

Due to the academic power,the university carries some unique organizational features as opposed to ordinary organizations.However,the university did not show much difference from other organizations,when it comes to the organizational style.It usually adopts two commonly used systems：guild system and hierarchical system.It is rare for university to adopt pure guild system or pure hierarchical system.Most of them combine two systems together.
