摘要
多级传力预应力端锚是一种新型的锚具形式。试验研究了该类锚具在不同螺旋筋和箍筋配置及其表面形式下的荷载传递性能。结果表明当螺旋筋及箍筋配筋间距为50mm,钢筋采用螺纹钢时,该类锚具荷载传递性能良好。通过数值分析,讨论了该类锚具的应力分布模式,表明约27.4%的张拉荷载通过第二级和端部锚板传递,验证了锚具多级设计的合理性。数值分析进一步表明该类锚具下螺旋筋配筋范围宜在1.0b(b 为正方形试件截面尺寸)左右,首圈螺旋筋离锚具顶部高度宜小于50mm。
The multiple stage prestressing anchorage is a new style of anchorage. The load transfer behavior of this type of anchorage under different spiral and stirrup reinforcement was studied by experiment and numerical analysis. The test result shows that the toad transfer performance is effective when the space of the thread spiral reinforcement and stirrup is 50 mm. The result of numerical analysis shows that about 27.4% tensile loads are transferred through the second and end anchor plate. Consequently, the rationality of multiple stage design is proved. Further numerical analysis indicates that the rational scope of spiral reinforcement is about 1. 0b (b is the section size of the cub specimen), while the rational height of first spiral reinforcement from the top of anchorage is about 50 mm.
