摘要
结合一幢六层局部七层砌体住宅房屋纠偏工程的设计、施工过程的介绍、说明。通过现场勘测查明倾斜原因是纠偏设计的前提,准确应用基本的力学原理和概念对结构纠偏起到了重要的作用,并且对结构在纠偏的过程中的行为给出了合理的分析。纠偏过程中数据监测是纠偏控制的关键。在纠偏工程设计中,综合运用的增加基础梁、锚杆静压桩、湿掏成孔方法等方法,达到了良好的纠偏效果。
The design and construction process of rectification of one masonry building is presented in this paper. It is the premise for the design of the rectification that conforming the titling reasons by site investigation. It plays a important role in the construction of the rectification that the correct application of basic concept in mechanics and makes a reasonable explanation for the behavior of the building in the construction. The date monitoring in the process of rectification is the crux of rectification controlling. Techniques of anchor static pressure pile, high pressure hydraulic holing method were employed in this engineering, and good results were obtained.
