The various signs appeared in the supply-demand market of rural labor force have indicated that the ＂Lewis Turning-Point＂ has emerged during the process of the transferring and flowing of China＇s rural labor force to cities and towns. Influenced by the international financial crisis of 2008,there was a phenomenon that migrant workers were forced to return home,but with the recovery of economy,the shortage of migrant workers appeared. Apparently,the supply-demand situation of China＇s rural labor force has entered the ＂Lewis Turing Point Range＂,and the stage characteristic ＂unlimited supply＂ of rural labor force is undergoing substantial change,which means that labor market will face a significant transformation.
