口服α-硫辛酸对运动诱导的氧化应激作用的研究

摘要 急性无氧运动能够促进脂质氧化。通过12周的口服硫辛酸对运动诱导的快肌和慢肌中脂质过氧化是否有显著的降低作用,通过12周口服硫辛酸和12周的高强度短距离跑是否能够更多的降低脂质过氧化?24只大鼠随机分为3组:对照组;口服硫辛酸组(OL);口服硫辛酸+短距离跑组(OL+Ex)。OL和OL+Ex组大鼠口服硫辛酸150mg/kg体重;每周2天共12周。OL+Ex组大鼠进行高强度跑台的短距离跑,每周2天,共12周。服药和运动后,实验组和对照组大鼠在跑台进行6次连续30s短距离跑,速度为30m/min,每次跑中给1min恢复间隙。用分光光度计测定快肌和慢肌中脂质过氧化的产物丙二醛(MDA)的浓度。经过12周的口服硫辛酸的大鼠,慢肌中MDA浓度没有改变。然而,与对照组相比快肌-趾长伸肌的MDA浓度急剧下降,显示脂质过氧化显著降低。经过12周运动和口服硫辛酸的大鼠,与对照组相比也表现出趾长伸肌的MDA浓度显著下降。OL和OL+Ex之间没有显著差异。与对照组相比,两组的血液和骨骼肌GSH的合成增加。
