摘要
大学生生命教育的内容是极其生动而丰富的,可以多学科以及多角度多层次进行划分与确定,但根据大学阶段的突出特点与面临的主要问题,其教育应突出地使大学生了解生命之本,悦纳自我,尊重生命,珍爱生命;理解生命之义,发展自我,完善自我,提升自我;认识生命的真谛、价值,超越现实,超越自我,超越生死;珍爱生命的美丽,善待自我,学会生存、休闲与交往,注意自我保护、自我保健与自我保养。
The contents of life education of university students are extremely vivid and rich, so it can be classified and determined from multi-subject, multi-angle and multi-level. However, according to the prominent characteristics of students and main problems that are faced with university students at the stage of university, the education should play an important role in many aspects which should be highlighted, including understanding the source of life, accepting themselves; respecting life, cherishing life and achieving life; comprehending the importance and meaning of life; conducting self-development , self-perfection, and self-upgrading; recognizing the true essence and values of life , and excelling oneself, life and death; cherishing the beauty of life and treating themselves well; learning to survive, relax and associate; and paying attention to self-protection, self-care and self-maintenance.
