开口薄壁杆弯曲中心的理论计算和试验研究

摘要 研究任意开口薄壁截面杆的剪力流和弯曲中心坐标的计算问题,利用合力矩定理导出计算公式,给出算例.选取槽型截面杆试验装置利用应变电测技术测定截面弯心位置,验证了计算公式的有效性;同时,也为工程技术领域测定开口薄壁截面弯心位置提出了一种有效的试验方法. This paper examines Ihe shearing flow of any thin-walled beam with open section and the calculation nf the coordinates of bending center. The caleulation formula is worked out by using theorem of resultant moment, together with some examples, According to this formula, bending center of the section is located using strain measurement teehnology in the experimental device of cantilever beam with channel section. This formula is thus validated and turns out to be effective in measuring the bending center of thin-walled beam with open section in tile field of engineering technology.
