On the Reform of Foreign Language Education from the Scientific Outlook of Development in China

大力发展和提高我国的外语教育水平,是关系到国家可持续发展的一个战略问题。外语教育作为高等教育系统的重要组成部分,其改革和发展要积极贯彻落实科学发展观,从国家战略的政策高度出发,围绕培养高素质的国际化、创新型外语人才的目标,进一步构建以人为本、统筹兼顾、全面协调可持续的外语教育新模式。

To develop and improve the foreign language teaching in China is a strategy related to the national sustainable development.Being an important component of higher education system,the reform of foreign language education needs to be carried out and implemented according to the scientific outlook of development by focusing on the aim of cultivating high-quality international and innovative foreign languages talent,further strengthening and forming the new model of the foreign language teaching,being based on the people-oriented,integrated,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development from the national strategic policy.
