摘要 在语言、文化的多样性和传播交流的国际化背景下,翻译作为文化传播的一种手段,不仅影响信息传播的流量和走向,更是沟通文化的桥梁。为了确保对外宣传的传播效果,翻译工作者要坚持以传播文化和传达信息为己任,发挥传播者在信息选择、观点表达、流量控制等方面的主观能动性,同时兼顾受者的文化观、价值观和审美取向,把受众"可接受性"置于主导地位。 With the diversity of languages and cultures,and the internationalization of communication,translation,a means of cultural communication,has great impact on the flow and trend of information,it also functions as a bridge to narrow the gap between different cultures.To ensure the effectiveness of external communication,the translators should stick to their mission of transmitting culture and conveying information and play a role in selection of information,expression of opinions and control of flow.In addition,the translators should give priority to the "reception" of the audience by taking into account the audience's culture,values and aesthetic conception.
