摘要
基于室内试验研究超塑化高含量粉煤灰(HVFA)的路面施工性能。采用掺量为400 kg/m^3的普通波特兰水泥(OPC)拌制水、胶凝材料质量比为0.40,0.34和0.30的3种基础混凝土试样,再用等质量的粉煤灰分别替代3种基础混凝土试样中20%,30%,40%,50%和60%的水泥拌制成混凝土试样,测试所有试样在7,28,90,180,365 d的抗压强度、抗弯强度及干缩性能。结果表明,用等质量粉煤灰替代60%水泥的HVFA可以满足水泥混凝土路面的强度与和易性要求。
Based on a laboratory study, superplasticized high volume fly ash (HVFA) concrete suitable for pavement construction is studied. Three control concrete mixtures having 400 kg/m^3 of Portland cement (OPC) and water-cementitious material mass ratios is 0.30,0.34 and 0.40 are prepared. Other concrete mixtures are then prepared by substituting 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% cement for the same mass of fly ash in all control mixtures. Compressive strength, flexural strength and drying shrinkage are measured for all mixtures at ages of 7, 28, 90, 180,256 and 365 d. The results show that HVFA concrete mixture substituting 50% -60% cement for the same mass of fly ash can fulfill the requirement of strength and workability suitable for cement concrete pavement construction.
