以青岛海湾大桥混凝土防腐涂层厚度的检测为例,分别用涂层测厚仪与螺旋测微仪对标准片、室内试验样片、现场结构物涂层样片等3种样片的涂层厚度进行检测,对比分析涂层测厚仪门槛值对检测结果的影响。针对青岛海湾大桥涂层厚度要求,提出了涂层测厚仪门槛下限应设置为250μm。
