摘要
目的探讨烧伤休克期切痂对某些代谢指标的影响。方法采用 TBSA35%Ⅲ度实验用小型香猪作烧伤模型,动态观察休克期切痂对血浆氨基酸、血糖、脂质过氧化物等生化指标的影响。结果休克期切痂能不同程度地改善血浆苯丙氨酸、血浆内皮素、NO、血糖和脂质过氧化物等的代谢紊乱,但对血浆二胺氧化酶、ATP、血浆脂肪酸等无明显影响。结论早期切痂对改善烧伤高代谢是有益的。
Objective metabolic parameters.Methods The sequential changes in plasma levels of insulin,glucagon,free amino acids(FAA),glucose,lipid peroxidation(LPO),diamine oxidase(DAO),endothelin(ET),nitric oxide (NO),fatty acids(FA)and ATP were analyzed in burnt minipigs after escharectomy during burn shock stage.Results The results revealed that plasma Phe,glucose,LPO,ET,insulin,glucagon and ET/NO ratio were more or less normalized after escharectomy.Conclusion The findings suggest that escharec- tomy may be beneficial in attenuating hypermetabolism after extensive burn.
