摘要
针对目前中学耐久跑教学现状与素质教育的“健康第一”的要求存在的教育困惑,本文主要从阐述健康的意义出发,把耐久跑的学习与身体素质测试指标相联系,通过理论教学与指标测验相结合的方式,让学生很好地完成耐久跑的学习任务,从中获得知识和健康,并养成终身体育锻炼的习惯。
There are obfuscations in current high school education status of endurance running and "Health First" requires of education for all - round development. This paper mainly discussed from the health point of view, combine the endurance nmning and physical indication together, through the thcory of teaching test with a combination of index to enable students to complete the endurance running as a good learning tasks, from which to access to knowledge and health, and to develop life - long physical activity habits.
