近海石油平台动态疲劳可靠性研究

摘要 针对目前疲劳可靠性理论在保障结构金寿命安全方面的不足,提出了动态疲劳可靠性的概念;同时,介绍了国内外相关的研究进展、重点介绍了动态疲劳可靠性分析与控制方面的研究成果。考虑了包括随机、模糊、未确知等多种不确定性;基于随机、模糊和鲁棒可靠性理论,将海洋结构疲劳裂纹扩展、腐蚀损伤、动态可靠性分析、耐久性评估、剩余寿命预测及检测、维修决策与控制等方面作为一个完整的体系,进行较为系统的研究与探讨;提出多种适用于不同场合的动态可靠性分析与控制模型,初步建立起较为完整的动态疲劳可靠性分析与控制决策的技术体系。 The conventional fatigue reliability has some shortcomings not to ensure the safety of offshore structures considering inspection and maintenance during the whole lifetime. The paper presents the new concepts of the dynamic fatigue reliability evaluation and safety management is presentod in this paper.The fatigue crack growth and the corrosion damage considering inspection and maintenance, the time-varying reliability analysis, safety evaluation and making decision on inspection and maintenance for offshore structures are investigated systemically. Not only randomness, but also fuzziness and unascertainty are considered in above analysis. A general fatigue and fracture dynamic reliability analysis model for the whole lifetime of offshore structures is established to realize the dynamic real-time management of the structural risk. That gives the practical guidance on the service management of the platforms, optimizes the inspection and maintenance strategies and reduces the life cycle cost for offshore platform.
