摘要 阐述了吊机基座设计的基本要点,并依此按总布置要求设计了吊机基座,然后用SESAM程序,对左右吊机臂在360。旋转过程中的16个工况进行了结构强度有限元分析,得出每个工况下下吊机基座的最大相当应力,最后用API及ABS规范对其进行结构强度校核,结果表明满足强度要求。 The main points of the crane pedestal foundation structural design are introduced in this paper. Then two crane pedestals are designed based on these points to suite general arrangement. Finally, FEM analyses have been done to evaluate the strength of the structure. In the structural analysis, 16 load cases at the location of every 22.5° and its integer times around axis have been concerned. The results show that the structure has adequate strength to withstand the load at all loading conditions. The design and annlysis introduced in this paper could provide a reference for design of crane pedestal.
