摘要
统计了海洋石油工程(青岛)有限公司已建成的上部模块的重量、跨距及其牵引时所使用的设备。通过文昌FPSO上部模块牵引的计算实例,校核了青岛场地现有扁担梁的强度。在组块牵引时,找到了扁担梁容易发生破坏的区域,并针对该区域提出了扁担梁的优化方法。优化后的扁担梁与优化前相比用钢量增加无几,而力学性能大大提高了。最后使用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟,验证了扁担梁优化方法的合理性。
Count the weight, span and tow equipment of finished top modules on Qingdao fabrication Site are summarized in this paper, the stress of the tow beam is calculated using measuring data of Wenchang FPSO topside module. When the tow of topside modules is in process, an area which is prone to destroy is found out on the towbeam, and a method is advanced to optimize the intensity. The mechanical capability of optimized towbeam is improved without any steel costing. At last, numerical simulation are adopted to validate the method of optimized crossbeam with ANSYS.
