三维软件在电仪专业加工设计及施工中的应用

围绕海洋工程加工设计及施工过程中三维软件的使用情况，介绍了三维建模软件在电仪专业的应用。主要介绍两款软件的应用：PDMS和X-STEEL，其中NAVISWORK和SMARTPLANT为第三方浏览软件，对三维设计软件的结果进行浏览。利用PDMS，电仪专业的设备都能体现在三维模型中，并能在模型中抽取相应布置图及材料表，大大提高了设计及施工的精度和速度；X-STEEL软件利用其强大的钢结构库对电仪专业各种支架进行设计、出图、统计材料，计算质量，极大方便了支架预制图的绘制及散钢材的控制。使用NAVISWORK和SMARTPLAN可以随时随地浏览模型，特别方便现场施工，改变以往平面图施工模式，

The application of 3D design program in E＆I is introduced in this article.Two softwares, PDMS and X-STEEL are mainly introduced, NAVISWORK and SMARTPLANT are the browsing software for third party. Using PDMS, the electrical and instrumentation equipment can be manifested in three-dimensional forms, and from which the corresponding layout drawing and MTO can be extracted. That enhances the precision and speed of both design and construction greatly. For X-STEEL, its formidable steel structure database is used to carry on the design of E＆I equipment support, with the chart being extracted, the statistics of material being made, and the weight being calculated. Using NAVISWORK and SMARTPLAN, one can glance over the model anytime and anywhere, and that brings many conveniences to the site construction.
