摘要
目前,海洋平台主要依靠常规容器式分离器来处理井口油气水,但经济性和操作压力条件不断要求其寻找新型高效、低成本的小型分离器。与容器式分离器相比,小型柱式气液旋流分离器(GLCC)具有结构简单、价格低廉、重量轻等特点,基本不需任何维护,而且易于安装及操作。本文详细介绍了GLCC技术的发展现状及其在海洋平台的应用前景,并提出了今后的发展方向。
Currently, the traditional container separators have been used as a principal system to separate the multiphase flow. Moreover, it is focused on to improve the economical efficiency and operability of container separators. The Gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone (GLCC) is a perpendicular pipe with a tilted tangential inlet and gas and liquid outlets, in which the separation of gas from liquid may be realized through cyclone centrifugal force. As compared with the traditional container separators, the GLCC has many advantages, such as well- knitted structure, light weight and economization of investment, etc., thus is being a novel device instead of the traditional separators. In this paper, the technology status and application prospect of GLCC are proposed in detail to provide reference basis for engineering design.
