摘要
2007年人工影响天气业务建设项目“国家级人工影响天气业务建设”和“人工增雨作业效果检验业务建设”成果交流暨业务建设验收会2008年3月25日在中国气象科学研究院召开。验收会由预测减灾司副司长翟盘茂主持，由气科院、北京大学、中科院大气物理所、国家气象中心、有关省局人工影响天气办公室、局计划财务司、科技发展司等单位专家组成的验收专家组对上述两个项目进行了验收。
The acceptance check meeting of two operational weather modification projects in 2007-- ＂Construction of National Weather Modification Operation＂ and ＂Construction of Effectiveness Evaluation for Precipitation Enhancement＂--was held in Beijing on 25 March 2008. The meeting was presided by Zhai Panmao, Deputy Director of the Department of Forecasting Services and Disaster Mitigation, CMA. The expert panel consists of experts from CAMS, Peking University, Institute of Atmospheric Physics （CAS）, National Meteorological Center, weather modification centers of the relative provinces, etc.
