由中国气象科学研究院生态环境与农业气象研究所科研人员主持的中国气象局气象新技术推广项目“生态气象观测资料质量控制、分析技术和应用研究（课题号：CMATG2007M09）”，联合固城、武汉、武威、锦州、五营、南昌、海北7个生态气象试验站开展观测资料的质量评价，研究观测资料质量控制、数据分析及插补方法，
It is one of CMA Key New Technology Spreading Projects. In cooperation with seven ecological-meteorological experiment stations （Gucheng, Wuhan, Wuwei, Jinzhou, Wuying, Nanchang, Haibei）, we conducted the quality assessment, quality control, data analysis, and interpolating method study of observation data, developed a data management-control system, and put the system to trail use at ecological experiment stations across China.
