摘要
目的探讨旅检口岸卫生检疫的发展趋势。方法对顺德客运口岸2008年以来的卫生检疫工作开展情况进行统计分析,找出现阶段卫生检疫查验模式的优缺点,探讨下阶段的卫生检疫工作重点。结果甲型H1N1流感时期的检疫查验模式比较成功,某些针对性检疫措施值得推广,体温检测是目前最有效的检疫监管措施。结论现阶段旅检口岸卫生检疫工作还有很多不足之处,应该加强检疫手段的应用、法律法规的制定、口岸核心能力的建设以及网络系统的开发等方面的工作。
Objective Explore the development of frontier health quarantine. Methods Find out shortages and advantages of current health quarantine mode through analyzing quarantine work at Shunde Port since 2008 in order to confirm next quarantine emphasis. Results The inspection and quarantine mode during the influenza pandemic is successful. Some measures worth popularizing and body temperature testing is the most effective quarantine method. Conclusion As there are still many deficiencies in the current inspection and quarantine mode, we should further strengthen the application of quarantine measures, formulation of new laws and regulations, e tablishment of port core capacity and development of network system.
