同种异基因骨髓移植治疗小儿难治性白血病

摘要
我科应用同种异基因骨髓移植（ａｌｏＢＭＴ）治疗１例小儿难治性白血病获得成功，现报告如下。对象：患儿男，７岁。急性粒单细胞白血病（Ｍ４ａ）复发后第２次完全缓解（ＣＲ２），于强烈化疗２个疗程作巩固治疗之后行ａｌｏＢＭＴ。供体为患儿胞弟，４岁，ＨＬＡ...
