油田机械清污装置的分析与设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对油田的持续开发,出砂量呈上升趋势,采油厂处理站沉砂池清除泥砂作业的任务繁重,而又无专用设备这一实际问题,以稠油处理站为具体对象,对机械清污装置进行分析研究,提出了多种解决方案,从中筛选出了最适合于该介质的半球摇摆转子泵清污装置,它的应用使此项工作有了专用设备,降低了成本,提高了劳动生产率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,填补了油田采油作业流程中设备方面的一个空白。 After the continuous exploitation of an oilfield for a certain period,the amount of silt during oil extraction increases obviously.Through certain technological processes,the silt is deposited at the bottom of a silt-precipitating pool,forming the fluid of oil mixed with mud.In the past,it was removed by hand.The work is difficult and time-consuming.Faced with such a problem,we have studied various kinds of conveying devices.Through analysis and comparison,a silt-removing and conveying device of semi-spherical rocking rotatory pump has been developed,which is very efficient simple in structure,easy to maintain and the most suitable for such medium.It can not only reduce the intensity of labor but also meet the needs of oil production.
