摘要
金融服务外包在经济全球化的背景下迅猛发展,银行将非核心金融业务外包已成为其缩短经营链、节约成本、提高效率的竞争手段,但银行将金融业务外包不仅能够获得诸多收益,同时也面临着一定的风险。因此,银行金融服务外包风险控制问题是银行外包战略的一个重要环节。该文主要分析了国家开发银行IT服务外包过程中的风险管理措施及经验,并就银行业务外包的风险防范问题得出了启示性结论。
The outsourcing in financial services has grown dramatically in the past few years in the context of globalization. Non-core services outsourcing has become a competitive choice for banks which can shorten business chains, save costs and improve efficiency. There exist not only benefits but lots of risks in financial services outsourcing. Therefore, the risk-control problem is an important part in outsourcing strategy of banks. This paper analyses the risk management measures and experience in the IT services outsourcing of the China Development Bank, and provides some revelations for the risk operation of bank outsourcing.
