摘要
从毛胶薯蓣中提取多糖(DSP),采用生物化学的方法测定了DSP对H2O2、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)、羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力,还原能力和总抗氧化能力。结果表明:DSP对H2O2、O2-·、·OH、具有良好的清除能力,同时还具有较强的还原能力和一定的抗氧化能力,活性大小与多糖的浓度呈明显的量效关系。
Polysaccharide(DSP) from Dioscarea subcalva Prain et Burk was extracted and the scavenging effects of DSP on free radical oxygen (O·,·OH, H2O2) was measured . Meanwhile the reduction capacity and total antioxidant capacity were determined. Vc was used as control. Results showed that the reducing effects of DSP on ·OH, H2O2 were significant , DSP also had a strong reduction capacity and a weaker total antioxidant capacity. All these activities were concentration dependent.
