3种干果中脂肪酸的组成及其分析比较 被引量:10

摘要 利用岛津GC-2010气相色谱仪及DB-WAX毛细管柱,对37种脂肪酸甲酯混合标品进行分离研究,同时对3种常见干果葵花籽、花生和核桃中的脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果显示:DB-WAX毛细管柱能够较好地分离37种脂肪酸甲酯混合标品中的绝大多数种类,可以用于确定大多数动植物脂肪酸种类;3种干果都含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,分别为84.99%、78.01%和91.21%,主要为亚油酸与油酸。 Shimadzu 2010 gas chromatograph and DB-WAX capillary column were used to analyze 37 fatty acid methyl ester Mixture (37 FAME) for the first time. At the same time, the fatty acid composition of three fry fruits (sunflower seed, peanut and common walnut) were determined. The results show that the DB-WAX capillary column can separate the most components of 37 FAME and were sufficient to characterize fatty acid composition of most animals and plants lipid ; three fry fruits were rich in unsaturated fatty acid, with the contents of 84.99% , 78.01% and 91.21% , respectively. The majority of the unsaturated fatty acid was Linoleic and oleic acid.
