的诱导与重建对牙列重度磨耗患者的修复效果观察

Evalution of inducement and reestablishment of occlusion of patients with severely worn detition

目的通过的诱导与重建的方法对牙列重度磨耗的患者进行修复。方法对牙列重度磨耗的患者先用功能式垫或临时冠桥诱导至正常的关系,3-6月后再重建永久性修复;1、2、3年后分别观测其修复的满意度。结果通过的诱导与重建的方法对重度磨耗的牙列进行重建修复后3年间患者的满意度没有显著性差异。结论的诱导与重建的方法对牙列重度磨耗的患者进行重建修复能达到较好的满意效果。

Objective To restore the occlusion of patients having severely worn dentition through occlusal inducement and reconstruction. Method For the patients having severely worn dentition, functional occlusal pad or temporary crowns and bridges were used to induce the occlusal to the normal position and a permanent restoration was given to the dentition in 3-6 months. A survey of patients＇ satisfaction with the restoration was carried out in 1, 2 and 3 years respectively. Result There was no definite difference in the patients＇ satisfaction with the occlusal inducement and restoration in 3 years. Conclusion For the cases of severely worn dentition, occlusal inducement and reconstruction can better satisfy the patients.
