摘要
新课程背景下的校本教研强调教师教学实践的重要性,强调校本教研应通过教学反思、同伴互助、专业引领等将教师的教学、研究和进修三者融合起来,使教师经历一个主动行动、不断反思、合作互助、交流分享的过程,并在这一持续的过程中逐渐完善教学,完善自我,促进自身的专业成长。
The school-based education research under New Curriculum stresses the importance of teaching practice and the relation of teaching and research through reflection,peer and mutual assistance,professional guidance,so that teachers go through the processes of an initiative,reflection,cooperation,mutual assistance and the process of exchange.In this ongoing process,teachers improve their teaching gradually and self-promote of their own professional growth.
