摘要
从职业生涯决策的概念入手,列举近几年在职业生涯决策领域的四个典型理论,进而探讨职业生涯决策的发展趋势以及影响职业生涯决策的因素。
This paper,from the concept of career decision-making approach,attempts to show four typical theories in the field of career decision-making in recent years and then explores the development of career decision-making trends and decision-making factors to affect the development of career.
