摘要
对44例原发性前列腺恶性肿瘤病理资料作了回顾分析。其中腺癌35例、鳞癌2例、未分化癌1例、平滑肌肉瘤5例、恶性间叶瘤1例。对35例腺癌光镜下特点作了详细描述,并结合文献就腺癌发病情况、分级分期和免疫组织化学诊断进行了讨论。
This paper is a retrospective analysis of 44 patients with primary malignant tumors of the prostate, which include 35 histology diagnosed cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 of squamous cell carcinoma, 1 of undifferentiated carcinoma, 5 of leiomyosarcoma and 1 malignant mesenchymoma. The microscopic characters of adenocarcinomas were reported in detail. The incidence, grade, stage and immuno-histologic chemistry of adenocarcinomas were discussed with literature review.
