摘要
分析了人工栽培条件下,千层塔不同海拔、土壤类型、遮阳度、移栽密度、收获时期和收获方式等处理的产量数据,筛选出千层塔最适宜的生态环境和栽培方法,形成了千层塔林药套种人工栽培技术优化组合,其产量达到1 556.33 kg/667m2,对千层塔药材通过人工训化栽培进行规模化生产具有重要意义.
Yield data of Huperzia serrata(Thunb.) Trev.collected from artificial cultivation experiment conducted under treatment of different altitude,shading degrees,transplanting density,harvest time and harvesting method was analyzed in this paper.The most suitable eco-environment and culture methods were selected and the optimized technical combination for artificial cultivation of wild Huperzia serrata(Thunb.) Trev.was obtained from the research,which achieved the highest yield of 1 556.33 kg/667 m2,and had important significance to large-scale production of Huperzia serrata medicinal material by artificial domestication and cultivation.
