不同肥胖类型人群视黄醇结合蛋白4的变化及与代谢综合征的相关性

摘要 目的:研究不同肥胖类型人群视黄醇结合蛋白4(RPB4)水平的变化及与代谢综合征(MeS)各成分之间的关系。方法:150例分为四组:正常组(NW)、单纯腹型肥胖组(NW-V)、超重/肥胖非腹型肥胖组(OW/OB-NV)、超重/肥胖且腹型肥胖组(OW/OB-V);另按MeS标准,分为MeS组和非MeS组(NMeS)。测定血浆RPB4水平,采集有关数据。结果:OW/OB-NV组、OW/OB-V组血浆RBP4较NW组均明显升高(P<0.05)。MeS组血浆RBP4显著高于NMeS组(P<0.05),随符合MeS的个数的增加血浆RBP4水平相应升高。相关分析显示血浆RBP4与腰围、腰臀比、BMI、ln(TG)、LDL、ln(FINS)、FCP、ln(HOMA-IR)呈正相关。多元逐步回归分析,ln(TG)、FCP是血浆RBP4独立相关因素。结论:血浆RBP4与中心型肥胖、胰岛素抵抗及糖脂代谢等MeS的各个成分密切相关,RBP4水平的升高可能在MeS的发病中起作用。 Objective :To investigate the correlatin between the plasmal retiol-binding protein 4(RBP4)levels and the types of obese and the components of the metabolic syndrome(MeS).Methods:150 subjects were divided into four groups bassed on BMI and WHR:NW(normal weight),NW-V(normal weight with visceral adiposity),OW/OB-NV(overweight/obesity without visceral adiposity )and OW/OB-V(overweight/obesity with visceral adiposity).150 subjects were also divided in MeS and NMeS.The level of plasmal RBP4 was measured by ELISA.Results:The level of plasmal RBP4 in OW/OB-NV,OW/OB-V were significantly higher than that of NW.The level of plasmal RBP4 increased gradually with increasing number of metabolic syndrome components.The level of plasmal RBP4 was positively corrclated with Waist,WHR,BMI,TC,In (TG),LDL,In(FINS),FCP and In (HOMAIR).In a multiple stepwise regression analysis ,In (TG)and FCP were independent variables of RBP4.Conclusion :The level of plasmal RBP4 was colsely correlated with components of metabolic syndrome. Elevated RBP4 level might affect the development of metabolic syndrome and related discases.
