复方樟柳碱治疗外伤性视神经视网膜病变的临床观察

目的:观察复方樟柳碱治疗外伤性视神经视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:复方樟柳碱注射液于患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射同时应用血管扩张剂、胞二磷胆碱、维生素,皮质类激素治疗外伤性视网膜病变患者30例38只眼为治疗组,对照组患者26例31只眼未应用复方樟柳碱注射液并对结果进行分析。结果:两组疗效比较显示治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。差异显著性具有统计学意义。并无明显全身毒副作用。结论:复方樟柳碱注射液治疗外伤性视神经视网膜病变有显著疗效。
