摘要 高血压是慢性阻塞性肺病最常见的合并症。理想的降压药应是在降压同时能抑制和逆转高血压所致的心脑肾靶器官重塑，保持器官良好灌注，增加冠脉储备；减少或不增加心血管危险因素，如血脂、血糖和尿酸代谢异常；防猝死；
