倍他司汀联合银杏达莫治疗椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕146例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Betahistine Plus Yinxingdamo Injection on the Treatment of 146 Patients with Vertibrobasilar Insufficiency with Vertigo

目的:观察倍他司汀联合银杏达莫注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕的疗效。方法:266例患者随机分为治疗组(n=146)与对照组(n=120),均常规注射银杏达莫注射液,疗程14天,治疗组加用倍他司汀,观察眩晕及视物模糊等症的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率(89.7%)明显高于对照组(76.6%,P<0.05)。结论:倍他司汀联合银杏达莫液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足,疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Betabistine Combined with Yinxingdamo injection on the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency with vertigo. Methods： 266 cases with Vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into the Combined treatment group （n= 146） and the control group（n=120）. The combined treatment group were treated with Betahistine and Yinxingdamo Injection, The control group Were treated with YinXingDaMo Injection, ivgtt; qd for t4 dayS.The therapeutic effect , according to vertigo and vision mainly, were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the combined treatment group （89.7%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（76.6%,P〈0.05）;Conclusion： The CombinatiOn of Betahistine with Yinxingdamo Injection were Superior to Yinxingdamo Injection alone in the treatment of Vertibrobasilar insufficiency with vertigo.
