摘要
目的探讨心脏起搏器患者实施整体护理的体会。方法:永久性人工心脏起搏器安置术者60例,由责任护士对患者的情况做全面评估,制订出详细的护理计划。结果:60例随访1～20个月病人均未出现移位、脱落、断裂等。结论:加强整体护理是安置永久性心脏起搏器治疗成功的关键。
Objective：To exploration the care experience in patients with artificial paCemaker.Methods： 60 cases with artificial pacemaker By the nurses responsible for the patients to do a Comprehensive assessment of the situation, to draw up detailed care plans.Results： 60 eases with artificial pacemaker did not appear replacement, cast or crack followed up 1 to 20 months.Conclusion：The overall nursing of artificial pacemaker were key to success.
