摘要 针对电动汽车蓄电池管理系统存在的电压检测精度问题以及产业化问题,本文介绍了一种单体电压全自动校准方案。首先分析了电压检测精度较低造成的影响,然后给出校准原理,给出了硬件电路设计方案及软件设计程序框图,最后分析实验结果,与实际值相比较,从而得出其优缺点。该设计目前已应用于蓄电池管理系统校准实践中,证明了其高精度、方便快捷的特点。 To solve To solve the problem of voltage detection accuracy in the battery management system,as well as the industrialization problem,this paper introduced a single voltage automatic calibration program.First of all,we analyze the impact of the low voltage detection accuracy,then give the calibration principle,give the hardware circuit design and software design process diagram,finally,analyze the experiment results and then compare with the actual value so as to get its strengths and weaknesses.The design has been used in battery management system calibration practice, its high accuracy and convenient features have been proved.
