摘要
本文运用软件UG NX5.0建立某汽车钢板弹簧前支架的三维模型,并利用UG高级仿真功能对该支架进行了结构受力分析,得到了该构件的应力、应变及位移分布云图,在此线性静力分析基础上进一步对该构件进行疲劳分析,为零件的合理设计提供了有价值的参考。
The three-dimensional model of a front bracket of leaf spring was established by using UG software.With the Application of Advanced simulation,the finite element analysis of the bracket was carried out,and distributions of stress and displacement of it were drawn.On the basis of the linear static analysis,further study of fatigue analysis was made.It can provide valuable reference for the bracket design.
