摘要
为了在梳棉机上实现在线检测监控棉网中的棉结杂质,提出了一种基于DSP+FPGA架构的硬件图像处理在线检测装置,取代传统的PC-Base检测模式;采用符合梳棉机机械结构的光源设计和控制接口,完成对现场的实时监控;利用DSP的扩展能力实现网络数据传输。介绍了该装置的检测原理、光源系统设计、DSP+FPGA处理架构、PLC接口以及终端设计,该系统可应用于高速运动的棉网监控及其它高速运动物体的实时监控,在检测技术与自动化装置研究领域具有重要的实用意义和广泛的应用前景。
The online detection for the neps in the cotton web is presented based on DSP+FPGA architecture, which substitute for the conventional PC-base mode. The factors, such as I/O, lighting for the carding machine, the network transmission are considered. This paper introduces the principle and design details for light system, DSP+FPGA architecture, PLC (Program Logic Controller)and terminal. It proved to be a reliable and effective for the request of high speed inspecting system basically, has important practical significance on research areas of testing technology and automated devices.
