摘要
针对中风病人和上肢受伤病人在传统的基于康复器械的训练中,人机之间缺乏良好的互动性以及训练模式内容枯燥乏味的缺点,本文使用Windows GDI和OpenGL在VC++6.0开发环境下开发了一种新颖的基于虚拟现实和计算机网络的上肢辅助康复训练系统。该系统配合康复训练的主动模式和阻抗模式,可以与病人进行具有趣味性和良好交互性的康复训练过程。实验结果表明系统能够辅助医生对病人进行康复训练医疗,并且能够极大的提高病人进行康复训练的积极性。
Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional rehabilitation training, which are boring and lack interactivity to stroke patients and upper limb injuries, so in this study, a kind of original rehabilitation assisted training system based on both VR and computer networking is developed with Windows GDI and OpenGL under the IDE of VC++ 6.0. The system can cooperate with positive training mode and resistance training mode to bring patients the funny training procedure and excellent interactivity. The experiment shows that the system is able to help patients to be positive in training procedure and reduce the burden of rehabilitation doctor.
