趋化因子受体CCR7及配体与头颈肿瘤

摘要 趋化因子受体CCR7高度表达于某些肿瘤细胞，而且与肿瘤的形成、增殖、浸润及淋巴转移等密切相关。本文就CCR7及配体的结构功能、与头颈肿瘤的关系及其表达情况、作用机制等方面的研究进展做一综述。
