E-钙黏蛋白在头颈肿瘤中的表达及应用前景
摘要
E-钙黏蛋白是介导同亲性细胞黏附作用的跨膜糖蛋白，其表达下调是肿瘤获得侵袭和转移的重要环节。E-钙黏蛋白及其血清片段在头颈肿瘤中对于肿瘤的分化、预后有重要的临床意义，有可能成为肿瘤治疗的靶点。
