血管内皮生长因子与脑垂体瘤

摘要 血管内皮生长因子有多种生物学功能，其中最重要的是能促进肿瘤血管的发生，与肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移密切相关。垂体瘤来源于垂体前叶细胞，是常见的颅内肿瘤。近几年随着分子生物学技术的快速发展，关于血管内皮生长因子和脑垂体瘤的研究有了深入的进展。本文从血管内皮生长因子的结构、生物学功能、治疗及其表达与脑垂体瘤的关系等方面综述血管内皮生长因子和脑垂体瘤的发生发展关系。
