阿托伐他汀对健康青年人的血管内皮功能影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对健康青年人内皮功能及HS-CRP的影响。方法35例健康医务人员给予阿托伐他汀20mg,每日1次口服。分别于用药前及用药后1天、3天、1周测定肱动脉血管舒张功能;测定血清总胆固醇(TC)及三酰甘油(TG);NO;ET-1;CRP水平。结果①治疗1天后即有TC下降。②治疗1天后NO即升高,ET-1、Hs-CRP水平下降。③治疗1天后肱动脉基础血流量、反应后充血血流量;治疗1周后反应性充血前后肱动脉内径变化率(FMD)升高。④基础血流量及反应充血后血流量与NO呈正相关,与ET-1呈负相关。FMD水平与血清总胆固醇水平无相关性。⑤CRP下降与胆固醇水平无明显相关性。结论①阿托伐他汀20mg/d治疗24h后即可出现降脂作用。②阿托伐他汀20mg/d治疗24h后即使NO明显升高,ET-1及Hs-CRP水平明显下降。③阿托伐他汀20mg/d治疗24h后即改善肱动脉的血流量,1周后可明显改善血管内皮依赖性舒张功能。④阿托伐他汀改善血管内皮舒张功能及降低Hs-CRP独立于调脂作用,内皮舒张功能的改善与NO升高有关,与ET-1下降有关。
